He was born February 9, 1967, a son of Sarah Kerr Dowler and the late Emmitt Dowler.
Danny was employed by his good friend, Ed, at Emericks Brothers Garage. He enjoyed spending time with his family and the outdoors.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife Ginger Dowler; stepsons, Marty (Candy),Tony (Bev) and Randy all of Parkersburg; stepdaughter, Brandi (Jay) of Parkersburg; brothers, Darrell (Shirley) Dowler of Spencer, Sam (Pam) Dowler, Bill Dowler, Emmitt(Brenda) Dowler, Brad Dowler, Tommy (Cindy) Dowler all of Parkersburg; sisters, Linda Fought, Ellen (Larry) Stewart, Jone Hendershot, Emily (Allen) Nelson, Debbie (Dave) Monroe, Sandy (Jake) Lockhart; grandchildren, Jordan, Tyson, Tori, Jaydyn, whom were his world; eight step grandchildren; twenty five nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and his best buddy Roscoe.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister Angie Dowler; nephew, Doug Stewart; niece, Missy Monroe Vanfossen; and three brother in-laws, Jim Hendershot, Jim Fought, and Jerry Fitzwater.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Leisure officiating. Burial will at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
