Born May 22, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Bert and Agnes (Dubois) Corso, he married Donna (Ivey) Belden on June 22, 1976 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Jill (Mike) Oberle of Morton; one brother, Tony (Vicki) Corso of Manito; one niece, Annette (Todd) Pollman of Pekin and one nephew, Ryan Corso of Pekin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister; Christine Corso and one brother, Geno Corso.
Jim had worked for Mason-Kaebel Realtor in Pekin as a realtor for many years.
He was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin.
Jim was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan and loved to go to games with his best friend John Mason. He secretly loved the Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed bowling and sports in general in his free time.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
