Mr. Martin worked with Shealy Electric as an electrician and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Rhodes (Steven) of Claxton, GA; son, Robbie Martin (Joyce Ann) of Pelion, SC; grandchildren, Steven II (Heather), Dillon, Channing, Jennifer (Jack), Robin (Cody), and Kerri (Michael); great grandchildren, Amber, Colton, Jacob, Bristol, Annsleigh, Gracie, Kourtney, Kaden; and brother, Preston Martin.
Mr. Martin was predeceased by his wife, Martha Janelle Martin; sister, Lucy Blevins and brother, Buddy Martin.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at New Hope Baptist Church, 249 New Hope Church Road, Pelion, SC 29123 with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at New Hope Church.
