Hilda Gertrude “Trudy” Musfeldt died January 7, 2021 in Arlington, Texas. She was born on June 14, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio to Robert and Edith (Davies) Roberts. She graduated from Charles F Brush High School in 1944 and attended Case Western Reserve University. Trudy worked for Reliance Electric Company in Cleveland. She married James Keogh on May 10, 1948 in Cleveland and he preceded her in death on October 19, 1971. She later married Donald F. Musfeldt on December 16, 1972 and he preceded her in death on April 12, 2006. They lived in Bridgewater, NJ and Wescosville, PA before moving to Arlington, TX after Don’s retirement.
Trudy loved music and she enjoyed sharing her musical talents by playing the organ and singing in Sweet Adelines. She loved traveling with her husband, visiting many places around the world. Trudy was an active member of her church, as well as with TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly).
She is survived by Ron (Susan) Musfeldt of Arlington, TX; Greg (Diane) Musfeldt of Keller, TX; Dwight Musfeldt of Arlington, TX; and Net Musfeldt of Arlington, TX; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, Brian Musfeldt, David Roberts, and Robert H. Roberts.
Private graveside services will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas with Pastor Joel Burkholder of Advent Lutheran Church, Arlington officiating.
