Louis is survived by his daughters Debra Lingren and Gina Lingren; his sisters Linda Lee Moore-Lingren and Cheryl Loraine Lingren; his grandchildren Geena Lingren-Atkinson, Christian "Christy" Winkler. Kassie Winkler,Great Grand Children Jaxon Corvera, Paisley Ann Phillips, Maevis Atkinson and Jonah Atkinson and nieces, Lori Vickers-Moran, Michelle (Shelly) Heras-Moran and Christy Mueller-Moran.
Louis was preceded in death by his son Louis Glen Lingren Jr. (J.J.); his father Glen Franklin Lingren and his mother Grace Virginia Lingren-Borquez.
Louis was a dedicated Chiropractor for 40 years. Some of his hobbies were poker with friends and he was an avid tennis player and golfer. He was also affiliated with Life Point Church in Banning, CA. Louis loved Jesus Christ and his church family. After being Baptized at Life Point Church, he was a changed man. He was a loving father, grandfather and the Wong family: Wing, Ming and their children Lilly and Henry were his loyal extended family. He cherished their friendship for over 40 years. He loved going to Sitka, Alaska with friends to go fishing. Some of his close friends were Dave, Joan, Bob and his poker buddies.
A funeral service for Louis will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Weaver Mortuary & Crematory, 1177 BEAUMONT AVE, BEAUMONT, CA 92223. A graveside will occur Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11:45 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA. A reception to follow will occur Thursday, May 23, 2024 at North Club House Gate 2 Sun Lakes Country Club, 545 Twin Hills Dr, Banning, CA.
