Donna Y. Ziegler, age 69, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. She was the beloved mother of John W. Ziegler, Jr., Jarrett D. Ziegler and his wife Jennifer; dear sister of Pamela D. Bittinger, Eric E. Bittinger and his partner Lisa Pannell, and Todd A. Bittinger; loving grandmother of Ashley R. Ziegler, and Amber L. Ziegler; adored aunt of Evan Bittinger and his fiancée Lexi; also cherished and survived by her devoted partner Tom Bankert.
A graveside service for Donna will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Harford Memorial Gardens, 3839 Aldino Rd, Aberdeen, MD 21001.
