Billy was a very loving person who will be remembered by his family, friends and those whose lives he touched. He had a love for football and enjoyed the things that brought happiness into his life. Billy held a special place in the hearts of those who knew him and his passing leaves a deep sadness for all who loved him.
Billy is survived by his father, William Fenstermacher, of Etters; his sister, Tanya Fenstermacher, of Mechanicsburg; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who will forever cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Fenstermacher, who passed away in 2004.
Billy was also blessed to have UCP of Central PA caretakers who loved and cared for him. Their kindness, compassion and dedication were an important part of his life. They will greatly miss Billy and he will always hold a special place in their hearts.
In a beautiful act of love and generosity Billy will be laid to rest beside his beloved mother. His aunt Tina Estright lovingly gifted him one of her burial plots so he could rest beside his mother he lost so many years ago. It is kindness that will always be remembered and cherished by those who loved him.
Through Billy’s time on earth has come to an end, the love he shared and the memories he leaves behind will live on in the hearts of his family, caretakers and everyone who loved him. May those who mourn his passing find comfort in knowing how deeply he was loved and how many lives he touched.
Rest peacefully Billy. You are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure and will never be forgotten.
