Funeral services for Philip G. Stoliker, age 70 of Greene Street in Ogdensburg will be held on Monday December 2, 2019 at 12:00pm at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home with Pastor Bobbie Gardner officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ogdensburg.
Calling hours will be held also on Monday from 11:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Mr. Stoliker went home to be with the Lord on Saturday November 23, 2019.
Surviving is his wife Kathryn; a daughter Linnet Crump; a son Slade Stoliker; a granddaughter Elizabeth Crump, his mother Evelyn Massengale; a sister Pat Warnock of Greensboro NC; a step-daughter Susan Pidwell & family of Park City, UT; and a step-son Lance Duvall & family of Chesterfield, MO.
Philip was born on September 6, 1949 in Troy NY, a son of George & Evelyn (Finch) Stoliker. After high school he joined the US Army in 1966 and served in Okinawa and Fort Bliss, TX. Following his honorable discharge, he married Juanita Richards on May 26, 1973. She predeceased him in September 2010.
Philip worked as a laborer most of his life, and loved God and his family. He was generous and kind to all he met. He loved to tell stories and had a wealth of God’s wisdom to guide those around him. He will be greatly missed by his family and church family.
