Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home has provided funeral and cremation services to the Cornwall community for more than 50 years. The West Branch opened on 7th Street in 1964. The East Branch opened on First Street East in 1969 with the acquisition of Bonneville Funeral Home. Though our offerings have evolved through the decades, our dedication to personalized service has not. Our staff is here to listen, guide and carry out your or your loved one's wishes to perfection. We are Cornwall’s only fully handicapped-accessible funeral home with a chapel, reception center and on-site catering services.

Unique, memorable funeral services
All of our services are designed to give families peace of mind at one of the most challenging times in their lives. Whether you want a traditional memorial in our large chapel followed by a cemetery burial, or a modern celebration of life with live music, catering and a send-off that reflects the personality and passions of yourself or your loved one, we take care of it.
Either way—or anywhere in between—we go the extra mile to make the occasion special. From bagpipes to cupcakes, puppies to putters, bird-shaped urns to blue marble monuments, we bring together things that mattered most to someone to create a singular, heartfelt memorial.
Your trusted friend and neighbour
Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home - East Branch is a member of the Dignity Memorial® network. That means that you not only receive the compassionate care you expect from a locally operated funeral home, but you also get the value you deserve from the largest network of funeral, cremation and cemetery services in North America.
We appreciate your support and friendship and offer you the same in return. Please contact us if you need immediate help planning a funeral or would like more information about planning ahead.
The story of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes begins more than 50 years ago with the opening of our 7th Street West funeral home, now known as the West Branch.
That 7th Street facility was and remains the only funeral home in the area designed and built specifically for funeral services. With a stone facade and 4 white pillars, the 2-story building has elegant interiors, including a large chapel and comfortable visitation spaces that provide privacy and peace when you need it.
After opening in 1964, Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home grew rapidly. We bought the former Bonneville Funeral Home on First Street and renovated it in 1969.
Since that time, Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home - East Branch has grown beyond that original building into the addition of a large memorial chapel and popular reception centre. We also added more parking.
Today, as members of the Dignity Memorial® network, Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes are committed to exceeding expectations. How that plays out is as unique as the loved ones we help celebrate.
