Vogler Funeral Homes
For generations, the Vogler name has been trusted by families in Winston-Salem, Clemmons and beyond. Today, that legacy continues with two distinct locations—Frank Vogler & Sons, with a legacy that dates back to 1858, and Vogler Funeral & Cremations at Forsyth Memorial Park, a modern facility offering convenience and comfort within the grounds of a beautiful cemetery. Whether you prefer the timeless familiarity of a more traditional funeral home or the contemporary amenities of a new space, both locations share a single mission: to care for Forsyth County families with compassion, dignity and attention to detail.

Cremation in Forsyth County
We specialize in cremation services that honor loved ones in personalized ways, and families love our all-inclusive pricing. Our private crematory means your loved one never leaves our care.
More and more people are choosing cremation over traditional burial, but most aren’t familiar with the many options:
- a cremation without a funeral or memorial service of any kind.
- a funeral with your loved one present, followed by cremation.
- a cremation followed by a scattering, cemetery memorialization or celebration of life—or all three.
If you're interested in cemetery placement, Forsyth Memorial Park is among the prettiest in the area.
Services that reflect personal beliefs, cultural traditions and military service
We work closely with families to honor sacred customs, coordinate spiritual leaders and arrange for meaningful readings and rituals. We also take great pride in serving veterans and their families, thoughtfully guiding them through available benefits and arranging military honors.
Whatever your wishes, we are here to support you with compassion and a commitment to honoring your loved one’s life and legacy.
A history of innovation and care
It was 1858 when Frank Vogler & Sons was established by Alexander Christopher Vogler, whose great-grandfather settled in North Carolina in 1770 after emigrating from Germany.
Many years later, in 1936, Forsyth Memorial Park held its first burial. Vogler Funeral & Cremation Service opened at the cemetery in 2021, giving families the convenience of funeral and burial planning in one place.
As part of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral homes, crematories and cemeteries, we continue to build on a legacy of service excellence, going the extra mile for every family with a level of care and compassion that's uncommon in this world.
