Charles Albert Luzey

Charles Luzey, 75, passed away on May 14, 2024, in Holly Springs, NC. Born in Hartford, CT, on December 29, 1948, Charles Albert Luzey, known as Al to his loved ones, was a beloved husband, brother, and stepfather.

Al proudly served in the Marines from April 1968 to January 1970 and later in the Air Force from July 1971 to May 1972. His dedication and service to his country were exemplary.

After his military service, Al pursued a career as a Commercial HVAC technician, where his expertise and hard work were well-known in the industry.

In his free time, Al found joy in working in his water gardens, watching movies and playing with his much loved dogs which brought him happiness and joy

Al will be deeply missed by his wife of 28 years, Debby Luzey, sisters Nancy Bezzini and Sue Wilson, brother Robert Luzey, stepdaughters Theresa Perez and Jamie Rogers, nieces Erin Bezzini, Cait Bezzini, Jamie Bezzini, Allie Wilson, Gabriela Wilson and nephews Guy Bezzini, Lance Luzey and Rob Hansen and all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his brother Peter Luzey, second wife Ester Luzey, mother Loretta Oppenheimer and father Carlos Luzey.

A Celebration of Life for Al will be hosted on June 8th at 2 PM at Three J’s Cafe, 124 Boston Turnpike, Bolton, CT 06043
