Frances was born October 4, 1921 in Spring Hope, NC to the late Thurman James Griffin and Mary Finch Griffin. She was employed with Pine State Creamery retiring with over 44 years of service. Frances was a member of Catawba Springs Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Haywood Hatfield; daughter, Mary Frances McCall; brother, James Earl Griffin; and sister, Lucille Woodard.
Frances is survived by her son, Everett Perry; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 1pm Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Catawba Springs Christian Church, 6801 Ten-Ten Road, Apex, NC 27539. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
