On Thursday, March 20, 2014, the first day of Spring and new life, Normand went to be with our Heavenly Father. After a courageous fight with cancer, he lost his battle with his fiancé, Marce and sister, Anne Marie at his side.
Normand was predeceased by his parents Normand and Rita Tanner and sister, Amy Jo Tanner of Hudson, NY. He leaves behind his loving family, Marce Rouse and Anne Marie Isbell of Cary, NC, son, Normand James Tanner of Clayton, NC, nephews, Dustin and Eric and niece Stephanie Isbell, also of Cary and granddaughter, Peyton Hill of Selma, NC.
A celebration of Normand’s life will be held at The Healing Place of Wake County, 1251 Goode Street, Raleigh, NC 27603 on Saturday March 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Your thoughts and memories of Norm can be shared with the family at www.apexfuneral.net.
