Warren G. Hill

Warren G. Hill, 88, of Cary, died Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.

Warren was born June 18, 1930 in Duplin County, NC to the late Jessie Grainger Hill and Oma Caroline Howard Hill. He was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church in Cary.

Warren was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Mary Edith Cunningham Hill, and a son, William Warren Hill.

He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Wooten and husband, Jim; sons, Stewart Grainger Hill and wife, Jacqueline and David Wayne Hill and wife, Angie; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 12:30pm Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Good Hope Baptist Church, 6628 Good Hope Church Road, Cary, NC 27519. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 11:00 am-12:30 pm at the church prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to Good Hope Baptist Church Building Fund.
