

Elizabeth Keith passed away peacefully on May 1, 2025, at the age of 88, surrounded by the love and presence of her children. Born on January 4, 1937, in Los Angeles, Elizabeth lived a life marked by quiet strength, dedication, and devotion to family.
In 1968, Elizabeth and her beloved husband, with whom she shared 69 years of marriage, moved their growing family to the high desert, where they built a home filled with love and laughter. Her husband preceded her in death four years ago, leaving behind a legacy of enduring partnership and shared purpose.
Elizabeth dedicated over two decades to the Apple Valley High School cafeteria, where she served as a manager. Known for her hard work, warmth, and kindness, she became a familiar and cherished presence to generations of students and staff before retiring after 20 years of service.
She is survived by her five children—Deborra, Lynn, Rory, Renee, and Toni—who carry forward her values of resilience and compassion. Elizabeth's legacy also lives on through her nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, with one more expected soon.
Her life was a quiet testament to love, family, and community. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
