She came to Hesperia in 1988 after her marriage to Lowell (Al) Albert who passed in 1998. Janice raised 3 girls with ex husband James Bernier.
She is survived by daughter Virginia (Jenny) Tarver and her husband David. Her daughters Teresa Gregg and Bonnie Bernier preceded in death. She has grandchildren, Irene Misenhimer, Derick Bennett and Colin Rakestraw, Kelsey Tarver and 5 great grandchildren.
Janice was a elder in the Snoqualmie tribe and also was a member of the Moose, Eagles and Ladies Auxiliary.
Janice loved her pool games with her friends, going to the casinos and especially her tribe of puppies!! She was fun loving, generous and kind and will be truly missed by all who knew her.
