Phyllis Ann Fox

Phyllis Ann Fox passed away peacefully on March 20 2026 at the age of 84. She was born in Keosauqua, Iowa to Mary Davis Petitt and Kenneth Wiley on August 14, 1941. Phyllis is survived by her children: Ron Napolitano (Joanie), Laura Mayhugh (Gary), Connie Gabler (Rob) and Stacy Justice. Sisters: Shirley Hernandez, Sheila Petitt and Janet Barringer. She has 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Terry Fox and son, Butch.

Phyllis was known for her love of her family, kind heart and beautiful smile. She loved having family over for Sunday and holiday dinners. She was a proud Rotarian, business owner of Fox Furniture and La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, and a volunteer at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She loved her community, helping people whenever possible and keeping in touch with extended family.

Services will be held at Sunset Hills Mortuary and Memorial Park in Apple Valley, CA on April 15, 2026. Wake 11:00 am, Service in the Chapel 11:45 am, Graveside 1:00pm, followed by a reception on-site. In lieu of flowers, you may honor Phyllis by making a donation to the Salvation Army.
