A family visitation for Benita will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A funeral service will occur Monday, April 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by a committal service at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. Deacon Willy Montano will officiate the service.
Benita was a proud single mother of two daughters, Elda Bermudez and Bernice Garcia. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Johnny Garcia, Michael Garcia, Alexander Diaz and Maritza Diaz, and a sister, Hilda Reyes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Domingo Trevino, and her mother, Modesta Cortez.
She was a lifelong resident of the DFW area.
