Services for Bob Chambers, 91, of Arlington, TX, formerly of Lubbock will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Northwest Church of Christ in Arlington, TX. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Resthaven in Lubbock.
Bob passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026. He was born on October 27, 1934, in Erath County, TX to Manuel and Tommie Jones Chambers. He married Toni Sue Manning on September 13, 1956, in Lubbock.
Bob worked as a market manager for most of his career at United Supermarkets in Lubbock. He served as a deacon in the Church of Christ for many years. He loved God, his family, and his country. He loved the mountains and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren in the mountains.
Bob is survived by his wife of 69 years, Toni, his daughter Jacque (David) Duncan, and his sons, Brad (Crystal) Chambers and Derek (Kathy) Chambers. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ragan (Matt) Burkley, Ryan (Rachel) Settle, Aria (Kiran) Pendem, Daniel (Candace) Chambers, Natalie (Travis Emerick) Chambers, Micah Chambers and five great grandchildren.
