Carol Constance Rosenberry Gedeon, 88, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Arlington, Texas. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:00 am at St Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Arlington with Father Michael Ciski T.O.R. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, December 4, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, with a Vigil and Rosary beginning at 4:00.
Carol Constance Rosenberry was born December 25, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio the only child of Jay Rosenberry and Fern Niece Rosenberry. She married Lester C. Gedeon on November 8, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio. Carol was a dedicated wife and homemaker. She was a member of St Maria Goretti Church for 58 years, a member of St Maria Goretti Leisure Club and Altar Society, Past President of Arlington Garden Study Club and Past President of Aeronautic Engineers Wives Club. She spent her leisure time playing bridge, doing word games and puzzles, gardening, and enjoying her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband of 70 years, Lester C. Gedeon, children; Sharleen Brett and her husband Jerry, Gary Gedeon and his wife Linda, Doug Gedeon and his wife Rhonda, Jay Gedeon and his wife Jenny, grandchildren; John Limroth, Jennifer Bradley, Dennis Gedeon, Gregory Gedeon, Laura Gedeon, Dana Dominguez, David Gedeon, Stephen Gedeon, Adrienne Cope, Emily Gedeon, Dillon Gedeon and 13 great-grandchidren.
