Cecelia graduated from Canon City High School in Colorado. She enjoyed working at the American Airlines learning center for many years. Cecelia was a descendent of Solomon D. & Elize Bostick Swaim that settled in Arlington in 1875.
Cecelia is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Young Jr.; brother Robert Young, first husband Stanley H. Fisher & second husband Don Cooper. She is survived by her mother Mackie Swaim Young; brother Mike Young; uncle Jack Young; daughter Tamara Ruth Ewer and grandson Lanier Corbin Sulak.
The family will be holding a Memorial Service in honor of Cecelia Cooper at Moore Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 9:30am.
