November 29, 1955 – July 18, 2021
Larry passed away suddenly at home in his sleep the morning of July 18, 2021, at age 65.
He was born in Newport, Rhode Island and grew up in El Paso, Texas. He was loving husband to his wife, Diane, and loving father to his three children, Lisa (Michael), Michael (Lisa), and Linda, as well as a great stepdad to Daniel and Megan. He adored his six grandchildren and his three great-grandchildren.
He was a lifelong devout Catholic and had a huge devotion to our Blessed Mother. He and his wife, Diane, attended St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church weekly and special observances, as well as weekly Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for 20 years.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from UTEP and later his Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of California.
He was a best friend to anyone he met and always had a ready smile and ready wit, and never hesitated to quote the Bible.
He will be remembered fondly and will be very much missed.
Survivors are his wife, Diane, children Lisa, Michael, Linda, sister Cathy, brothers Marty and John, grandchildren Jonah, Jackson, Gabriel, Sophia, Elena, and Layla, great-grandchildren Jade, Lily, Ava, stepchildren Daniel and Megan, and step grandchildren Raylen and Joe, and mother-in-law Dotty Kimble.
Rosary to be held at 10:30 am at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church on Thursday, July 29, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, and interment at Moore Memorial Gardens.
