Lucille was born on Monday July 31, 1933, in Fairmont, West Virginia and graduated from Fairmont High School. She was married to James Thomas McKinney and had a career in real estate.
She was a member of Fielder Road Baptist Church, and had a passion for family, friends, cooking, reading, and Texas Rangers Baseball.
She is survived by her children Linda Mckinney and Joe McKinney, granddaughter Megan Parvin and
great grandchildren Asher Parvin and Jace Parvin.
Lucille's funeral service will be 10:00 am Thursday June 27, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home Arlington, Texas, with burial to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens.
