Dr. Edward McCutcheon Moore III, age 76, died Tuesday, September 28th due to complications from cancer treatment. “Ted” was born on August 2, 1945 to Georgia and Edward M. Moore, Jr. After serving his country honorably in the US Air Force, he practiced dentistry as a root canal specialist. Ted was a life-long learner and served thousands of patients over 3 decades in the DFW area. He appreciated quality craftsmanship, loved to tinker, made delicious barbecue and could always be found working in the yard. He is survived by his wife, Christine; sisters, Ouidga, Dejah, and Teri; brother, Tim; sons, Dane and Blake, and step-daughter, Riki. He was known as “Poppy” to his grandchildren, Bryson and Lenna.
