Jack Ray Neeley was born on September 14, 1939, in Ranger, Texas, to Clarence Raymond Neeley and Zola Marie Jones Neeley. He graduated from Ranger High School where he excelled musically, academically, and socially.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in pharmacy. He worked as a pharmacist for 50 years, starting out in Austin and Luling, and spending most of his career in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He was an excellent musician and enjoyed music his entire life.
Jack is lovingly survived by his wife Mary K Neeley, his daughter Becky Bergsagel and son-in-law Jonathan Bergsagel and their children Annette, James, Carissa, and Andrew Bergsagel, his stepson Joel Faulkenberry and stepdaughter-in-law Iryna Faulkenberry and their son Jason Faulkenberry, his stepdaughter Jana Speer and her children Madison and Meghan Speer, his brother Ted Neeley and sister-in-law Leeyan Neeley, his niece Tessa Neeley, his nephew Zackariah Neeley, his sister Peggy Clinton, his nephew William Clinton and wife Pearl Clinton, his great niece Sarah Wesselius and husband Josh Wesselius, and his great niece Bekah Clinton.
Jack entered the arms of his Savior on January 9, 2020. Services for Jack will be at Moore Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Arlington, Texas, on February 8, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
