J.B. Stinson, age 91 passed away, May 5, 2017. He was born on March 9, 1926 in Parker, TX to William Benjamin and Lestelle Stinson. He married Mary Cantrell in 1948, and she preceded him in death in 1981.
J.B. was a lifelong Christian and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Some of the loves of his life were his children, grandchildren, and baseball. He enjoyed coaching and watching baseball and working with kids. He will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are children: James Stinson and wife Cindy; Steve Stinson and wife Debra; grandchildren: Christin, Jaimee and her husband Corry Kirby, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Reagan and Carlee; 2 great grandchildren: Jamin Kirby and Connor Wilson; brother: John Stinson and wife Michelle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6-8:00pm, Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00am, Wednesday, May 10, 2017 also at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens.
