Funeral: 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, at Fielder Road Baptist Church, 2011 S. Fielder Road, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington.
Jeff went to Polytechnic High School and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. He spent most of his career in the automotive parts business. He was a Master Mason and a 40-year member of Stockyard Lodge #1244. Jeff was a member of the Scottish Rite and a member of Moslah Shrine (Temple Outer Guard). He was also a member of the Humane Society.
He was preceded in death by parents, Jake and Dovie Brown; brothers, Bill and John Brown; wife, Beth Brown; and son, Jeff Brown Jr.
Survivors: Daughter, Cynthia Brown; son, Merlin Benningfield and his wife, Sheri; and grandchildren, Sara Brown, Jake Hyden and Taylor Hyden.
