He was born on November 10, 1941 in Vinita, Oklahoma to James Wesley Osborn and Lulu Mae Osborn. He was married to Toni Beth Osborn on June 8, 1962.
He is survived by his wife Toni, Children Alicia Osborn Martin and Sean Kevin Osborn, Grandchildren Tanner Wayne Martin, Hailey Michelle Osborn, Dalton John Martin and Christopher Sean Osborn and Great Grandchildren Kaiden Layne Harp and Zayn Alexander Harp.
There will be a private family service on March 27, 2017 and a Celebration of Life at the Drop School House on April 22, 2017.
