Juanita Kay Spradlin was born on July 22, 1925 in the Bright Star Community near Wills Point, TX, to parents David Russell McBride, Sr. and Velma Katy Peckman McBride. Juanita, age 97, of Haltom City, Texas passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022.
She married Clarence Spradlin on July 31, 1943 and provided great love and support to her family as a homemaker.
Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, siblings, David Russell McBride, Jr., and Freddie McBride, and niece, Rita Hendrickson. She is survived by her children, Danny Spradlin and Michael Spradlin (Carroll). Juanita is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael Spradlin (Danielle) and Cara Spradlin Hunter (Andrew) and great grandchildren, Ian Spradlin (Sophia) and Michael Andrew Hunter. She is survived by her siblings, Louise Boles and Joyce Moore (John), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.
A visitation for Juanita will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A committal service will occur Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
Serving as pallbearers are Johnny Moore, James Moore, Jeff Parnell, Terry Parnell, Andrew Hunter and Joe Pike.
