

Service: 9 a.m. Monday in Moore Memorial Chapel. Interment: 11 a.m. Monday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home, Arlington.
Lee was born May 22, 1929, in St. Louis, Mo. He spent his early years in the military traveling the globe and retired as a master sergeant from the Army. He then began his second career as an admired and respected professional in the long-term care industry serving the elderly population with honor and dignity. Lee was an avid golfer and spent his retirement years on the golf course and volunteering as a marshal on the course as well as an ambassador at D/FW International Airport. He enjoyed 61 years of beautiful marriage to his wife, Jackie. Grandpa - my hero, my mentor and my inspiration. My husband - my love, my provider, my protector, my rock, and my confidant. We love you dearly and your support and love for us will remain in our hearts forever.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Myrtle Provance; his sister, Mary Freeman; and children, Michael Lee Wallace, Sandra Wallace, Jimmy Wallace and David Lee Wallace.
Survivors: Wife, Jackie Wallace of Arlington; grandchildren, Melanie and Brian Gittiban of Mansfield; sisters, Avis Harrison of California and Betty Wilburn of St. Louis, Mo.; brother, Avery Wallace of California; nieces and nephews, Ronnie Harrison, Randy Harrison, Linda Bowersocks, Donna Heff; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
