Paula Jeanette (Moore) Phillips, age 55, died at home peacefully in Weatherford, Texas on January 17, 2018. She was born on April 12, 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Paula was preceded in death by her father and mother Ralph and Nannette Moore and step mother Frances Moore; and brother, Tom Moore.
Survived by her husband, Edward Phillips; 5 siblings; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, TX. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
