Peter Piccirillo

Peter Piccirillo, 85, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at his home. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at First United Methodist Church of Mansfield, 777 N. Walnut Creek, Mansfield, Texas 76063. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, December 31, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Moore Funeral Home.

Peter was born July 1, 1930 in Cranston, Rhode Island to Serafino Piccirillo and Mary Furtado Piccirillo, the oldest of seven children. He married Billie Joe Evans on January 5, 1951 in Fort Worth and served six years in the United States Air Force. Peter was employed as a manager LTV and retired in 1990 after 37 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Mansfield and a longtime member of Walnut Country Club where he had many friends and enjoyed playing with his golfing buddies.

Mr. Piccirillo was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Survivors include his wife of 65 years Billie Piccirillo of Mansfield, four children, Barry Piccirillo and his wife Wendy, Steven Piccirillo and his wife Michele, Tom Piccirillo and his wife Linda, and Janith Williams and her husband Mike, ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
