Virgie Jean Williams, age 89, of Corpus Christi and Arlington, Texas, died on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Arlington Memorial Hospital. She was born May 6, 1927 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to parents Antonio and Anna Castelluccio.
Funeral: 11:00 am Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home (Arlington, TX), followed by entombment at Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made in Virgie’s name to your charity of choice.
Mrs. Williams married her lifelong partner of 62 years, Kenneth, on April 2, 1955. Together they raised four sons: Kenneth E., Raymond, David, and Randy Williams.
Virgie enjoyed time playing canasta, bingo and working on word searches. She especially enjoyed her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A unique soul, Virgie will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, her four sons and their wives, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She also leaves behind her memory to be cherished by her special niece, CeCe, and her family.
