William Gary Rivers passed away peacefully on November 30, 2012 in Arlington, TX. Born in 1939 in Union, MS to John Victor and Birdie Rivers, he grew up in Neshoba County, later attending Mississippi State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Upon graduation, Gary moved to Texas and worked for over thirty years in the aircraft industry, highway department construction and healthcare management. He is survived by Sandra, his wife of 48 years; son Rick and wife Kristina of Pinetop, AZ; son Ross and wife Chalee of Carpio, ND; granddaughters Samantha, Elizabeth, Shae, and Desta; and grandsons Devan, Isaac and Amanuel. A private memorial was held by immediate family.
