She was born on October 27, 1945 in Lewiston a daughter of the late Aldrich & Dorothy Lavoie. Annie grew up in Lewiston attending local area schools and graduated from Lewiston High School as a member of the Class of 1964. She and her husband just celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on November 11, 2023.
Annie enjoyed shopping, decorating, spending time with family and socializing with her and Dads many friends.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters Nancy Sutton and her husband Eric of Lewiston, Susan Thone and her husband Benji of Turner and Jennifer Russell and her husband Michael of Auburn as well as nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Dorothy Ann Galarneau who passed away on August 27, 2001 and grandmother of the late Joshua Galarneau.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 5 – 8 pm at The Fortin Group, 217 Turner Street, Auburn, ME, with a prayer service being held at 6 pm. Burial at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Augusta will be held at a later date.
