Jean Diane Gosselin

Born on October 24, 1936, in Jay, Maine, Jean was the daughter of Albert Morin of Jay, and Irvine (Burbank) Morin Dube of Livermore Falls.

She was educated in Livermore Falls schools before moving to Auburn, where she worked for many years as a stitcher at Belgrade Shoe, Arno Moc, and later Acorn Products, retiring in 1999.

She made her home in Auburn with her husband, Don, where together they raised their two children, Rhonda and Don Jr.

Jean is survived by her children, Donald Gosselin Jr. and his wife, Carry Gosselin, of Lewiston, and Rhonda Gosselin and her partner, Tom Richardson, of Greene; her granddaughters, Jodi Robichaud and her husband, Brad; Darian McAtee and her fiancé, Cam; and Kayla McAtee and her fiancé Casey; her great-grandchildren, Saige, Hunter, Jay, Caleb, Alora, Liam, and Colson. She also leaves behind her sister, Joanne Daoust; her brothers, Richard Morin and his wife, Francine, Ron Morin and his wife, Becky, and Brian Dube and his wife, Peg; her brother-in-law, David Ward; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Gosselin Sr.; his brothers and sisters; her brother, Norman Morin and his wife, Marilyn; her sister, Paula Ward; her sister-in-law, Patricia Morin; her brother-in-law, Walter Daoust; and her granddaughter, Natasha Moore.

Jean's visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 6:00-9:00PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group, 217 Turner Street, Auburn. Her graveside service will take place at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 980 Turner Street, Auburn, on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
