Orrin Plummer Welch

He was born in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire on October 20, 1951 the son of the late Lysle and Norma (Colbey) Welch and had been a resident of this community since since 1978.

He was a long time long haul truck driver and a Housing Provider owning several properties in the Lewiston, Auburn and Poland area.

Orrin enjoyed deep sea scuba diving, watching movies, listening to country music, and most of all enjoyed spending time with his loving family.

He is survived by his wife Linda M. Welch whom he married in May of 2001 of Auburn; one son Matthew Welch of Auburn; one step-daughter Melissa Dumond and her companion Richie Dulac of Auburn; one step-son Philip Dumond and his wife Jaime of Poland; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and the Dow Family and the Malay Family whom were close to Orrin.

Funeral Services honoring Orrin's life will be celebrated on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Auburn. A private graveside service will be held later in the Spring at Chicville Cemetery in Ossipee, NH. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 1-4 PM prior to the service at The Fortin & Pinette Group 217 Turner Street in Auburn, Maine 783-8545.
