Christopher Wyatt Whitman 1989 - 2011 Christopher Wyatt Whitman, 21, of Bakersfield CA joined his sister Krysta in Heaven on March 15, 2011. Christopher was born in Ventura, CA on May 31 1989. He moved to Bakersfield at a very young age attending Centennial Elementary School, Rosedale Middle School then graduated from Liberty High School in 2008. He loved to work on computers and worked on them at Circuit City and then Einstein Computer Services. Chris liked golfing, camping and spending time with family and friends. Christopher is survived by his father and stepmother David and Stefanie Whitman of Bakersfield CA; mother Mary Whitman and her fiance, Richard Marshall of Seattle WA; brothers; David Whitman and wife Rayna of Bakersfield CA; Nicholas Whitman of Tehachapi CA; Ricky White of Atascadero CA; grandmothers Jeannie Whitman of Chatsworth, CA and Patricia Harmon of Orlando, FL, and Barbara Fedoroff of San Juan Capistrano, CA. Christopher is also survived by two nieces, Emily and Serenity, and two nephews, Niklas and Evan, whom he adored, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Christopher also had a simply staggering number of friends. Chris was preceded in death by his grandfathers Kirk Harmon and John Whitman. Also by the big sister he loved so much, Krysta Whitman, who we know has him with her in the arms of our Lord. Christopher's passing has left us heavy hearted, but so blessed that we had the time with him that we did. We will miss his quick smile, handsome good looks and wonderful sense of humor. We all love him and will miss him terribly. God Bless you Christopher. There will be a private family viewing on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 starting at 4 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield. An open public memorial will be held in the Hillcrest Chapel on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 starting at 2 p.m.
