Doris Regina Davidson

Doris R. Davidson August 26, 1931 - May 23, 2010 Funeral services for Doris Davidson, 78, will be held Friday, May 28, in the chapel at Hillcrest Memorial Park & Mortuary at 10:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow. Viewing will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010. Doris Davidson was born in Worden, Wisconsin, on August 26, 1931 to Fred and Regina Dahm. Doris is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Davidson and her son, David Bohman. Doris is survived by her daughters, Maggie Byrd and husband Gregg, Jean Pacheco and husband Eddie, Kathy Whisler and husband Scott, and Lori Renshaw and husband Shawn; her sons, Danny Bohman and wife Tina, Tony Davidson and wife Lynn, Doug Davidson and wife Teri, David Davidson, Robert Davidson, and Allen Davidson and wife Linda. She was also blessed with 28 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Doris was a Psychiatric Technician for 25 years and worked at Porterville State Hospital for most of that time. After retirement, she and Jim enjoyed traveling and cruising around the world. She enjoyed reading, cooking, painting, gardening, and doing her daily crossword puzzles. She also wrote songs during her younger years. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
