Gilberto Vides, age 61, of Buttonwillow, California passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Gilberto was born November 17, 1959 in El Espino, El Salvador.

A visitation for Gilberto will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, in Bakersfield, California. Funeral Mass will occur Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel. A graveside service will soon follow thereafter, being laid to peaceful rest in Whispering Pines Lawn.

Serving as pallbearers are Walter Vides, Olgar Sandoval, Mauricio Castor and Rodil Castor.
