

Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed from this life at the age of 72 on May 22, 2015. Janice was born to Richard Miller and Melba May Fackrell on February 27, 1943 in Upland California.
Janice was raised in Southern California with her sister Jacqueline and Brother Mark where they endured the hardship of being separated from their mother for a short while. She married George Yoder Sr. on September 10, 1960 and soon started a family. Janice had the opportunity to live in several states throughout her life as she supported her husband in his career in retail sales. Janice had a very strong testimony of the gospel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and shared her testimony often with family and friends. Janice served the lord in various callings in the LDS Church; one of the most rewarding for her was here involvement with the Cub Scout Program as a Den Mother. Janice loved to Sew, Crochet and cook; these skills were self-taught to which she excelled in.
Janice loved her family very much and always made sure they were taken care of. Janice is preceded in death by her Husband George Yoder Sr, and survived by her sister Jacqueline Puff, her eight children and their spouses, Terry and Jeniel, Brian and Kim Wilkinson, Scott and Jenny, Jeff and Kristi Price, Ryan and Jessica, Joshua and Staci, Mike and Jana Cox, and George and Stephanie.
Janice was loved and will be missed by her 24 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren; Angela, Melissa, Corinne, Jared, Travis, Courtney, Hunter, Chase, Sam, Ellen, Tyler, Lauren, Vanessa, Jacie, Rylie, Chance, Brooke, Britton, Kennadi, Logan, Laney, Kadance, Jordan, Lilly, Andrew, Hayden, Olivia, Kelsoom and Aria.
There will be a viewing on Friday May 29th from 5pm to 9pm at Hillcrest Mortuary 9101 Kern Canyon Rd.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 30th at 10am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 2828 McCray St.
The interment will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank Hoffman Hospice for the caring attention they gave to our dear Mother during her past few months.
