Kathleen Joy Cockrum was born December 25, 1952, passed away December 30, 2014. Kathleen will greatly be missed by her companion for many years Stan Olsen. She was loved and will be missed by her two sons, Cole and Devan Figueroa.
Kathleen was an amazing mother who showed unconditional love. Some of her favorite past times were spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies. Her sons & granddaughter were her greatest joy in life.
Kathleen is survived by her siblings, Gary, Cheryl, Gene, & Barbara. She is preceded in by death by her parents Delfred & Madeline Cockrum, and her brother Bob. Kathleen was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kaylee Nicole. There was not a day that went by that she didn't think of Kaylee. Everyone knew how much she enjoyed being a grandma. We all find peace knowing that they are in Heaven together.
Services will be held Wednesday, January 7th at 2 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park & Mortuary 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield CA 93306.
