Mom,

We miss you so very much.  I think of you every day.  Stephanie had a baby on May 19th.  You would be a great, great Grandma. I hope you are with Dad and Thomas.  We are all doing well, just missing the what if's, if you were all still here.

The first time I met Kay we were introduced while she was in a care facility after she had fallen ( her first fall) and had a serious head injury. I was amazed that she always remembered that visit even years after. And the second time we saw her we were visiting at her daughter June Giust’s home. We had been talking about family and June misspoke saying they had a family history of Ninjas. The look on Kay’s face was priceless.!  We still laugh about it today. And by the way Kay’s  family were prestigious Tatami makers as I recollect in Japan.  June, I am so sorry for your loss. 

First time I met your parents they lived in Fremont. Kay disappeared into her bedroom and came out with a wrapped gift for me! I was amazed! She was something! So sorry for your loss.
