Lowell, known to most as Glen was born Aug 17,1931 in Athen, Arkansas to Mathew Ralls and Wellie Ashbrook. After graduating from Bakersfield High school in 1950 Glen joined the Army and served
as a Corporal in Korea from 1951-1954. He married Peggy Bentley in 1955 and together they raised two children.
Glen started his own construction co. In 1961 with the help from his devoted wife and son he was in business for 41 years. Over those years he framed many of Bakersfield's buildings and schools. He will be remembered most for his strong & honest work ethics. Glen is survived by his children: Colin Ralls, Karla Lennox, Brother in Law: Leon Bentley (Ginny) GrandChildren: Elizabeth Hudson (Brian), Nadia Ralls Great Grandchildren Hunter, Madelyn and Everett.
