Mario Anthony Cappuccio

Mario Anthony Cappuccio 55, a resident of Primm, Nevada passed suddenly on January 5th, 2023. Mario was born in Paterson, New Jersey on July 5th, 1967. He moved with his family to Bakersfield in 1982. The city of Bakersfield would become his home. He attended both South and West High Schools. Mario would meet Teresita Martin in 1986 spending the next thirty seven years together. They would be married in 1991. They started a family raising three children. He would be employed by Sangera Autohaus of Bakersfield. Mario frequently would attend church services with his family at the Family Christian Church of Bakersfield. In 2009 Mario and Teri would move to Primm, Nevada. Mario would be employed by the William Hill Group as a sports booking agent, at the Primm Casino. His dedication and work ethic would be admired by his peers. Customers could rely on his attention to detail and the excellent service he would provide. Mario's ability to tell a story and hold an audience captive was one of his greatest talents. He had many stories to share. He enjoyed all types of sports. He loved to cook and he enjoyed all types of cuisine. The thing he enjoyed most was spending time with family members. Mario was preceded in passing by his father Vito Cappuccio, his mother Elke McVeigh and a step father John McVeigh. He is survived by his wife Teri, three children Alexandra, Matthew and Michael. A daughter in law Jocelyn and two granddaughters Aubrey and Brinley. He is also survived by five siblings Gabriel, Vito, Morgan, Siobhan and Casey. Carmella Cappuccio an aunt who still resides in New Jersey. He was a brother in law to Rhonda, Liz, Robert, Miriam, William, David, Angel, Abraham and Maria. He will be missed dearly by his in laws William and Gilda. Mario had many nieces and nephews who will miss his giant personality.
