Norma Annette Biggs December 26, 1943 - March 16, 2012 Norma Annette Biggs, 68, died at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ca. on March 16, 2012. She died of complications arising from surgery. Norma was born on December 26, 1943 in Bakersfield, Ca. the place she called home her entire life. She worked for Longs Drugs for almost 20 years as a receiving clerk and then as a bookkeeper, finally retiring in 2009. Survivors include the love of her life and husband of 47 years, Wayne Andrew Biggs along with their two adult children, Jeffrey Andrew Biggs and Michele Annette Przybylak both of Bakersfield. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, March 31, 2012 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at 605 Cantleberry Lane, Bakersfield, Ca. 93304.
