Born January 24, 1939 in Bakersfield, CA to Brice and Edith Mills. He had 3 brothers and 1 sister. He learned how to do woodworking and a lot of other things from his Grandpa Boen.

Roy’s favorite things to do were hunting, fishing and going to the casino.

Roy was a loving husband to Julie for 34 years.

He loved and cherished his 5 children and many grandchildren.

He will be missed by his family and everyone who loved him.
