I wanted to offer my condolences and a comforting thought. John 3/16- For God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.

My fondest memory of you is when you took me to work one day when I was Allison's age and you taught me the ins and outs of being a crane operator. I loved sitting with you as I moved the crane back and forth. I will never forget the expression of pride on your face. At the time I understood this pride as the honor you had for your work, but later realized it was mostly the pride you had in being a grandpa.  The world's greatest grandpa.  I will miss you, but will always treasure the gift of memories you left me.
