After graduating high school he served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1961 when he was Honorably discharged. Allen worked as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry for 20 years before retiring.
A commitial service for Allen will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 11:15 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California 94102.
