Jeffrey “Jeff” Todd Sprowl passed away on November 6th, 2017 in Barstow, California. He was born February 6th, 1969 to George Dale and Lola Gail Sprowl in Medina, Ohio. He attended Barstow High School where he was a member of the state championship wrestling team. In addition to being a talented Master Leather Artist, he pridefully worked on the Mojave Solar Power Project at Harper Dry Lake in Hinkley, California, and selflessly fought fires with CalFire. Jeffrey often sacrificed his own needs for the needs of others—friends, family, and strangers alike. Jeffrey was kind-hearted and loved most everyone he met. He always had a way of seeing the best qualities in all his relationships. Jeffrey loved animals and cared deeply for the well-being of children--often giving his last dollar and last minute of free time to those in need; he was often referred to as a hero by many who knew him. Family meant everything to Jeff and he made it a point to ensure that each of us knew we were loved by him unconditionally.
